Shipping & Delivery Information

We currently do not ship outside of the UK, however if you are interested in our products and are based outside of the UK please contact us and we can discuss shipping and costs.

We do not ship to APO or BFPO or FPO address or any other armed forces postal services. 

 We do not ship to PO BOX numbers. 

Note:

We are unable to ship to the following locations, except by prior arrangement with Gifts From The Gods, due to cost and availability of delivery

Channel Islands ( including Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Herm and Sark)

If on check out you do not see your country of destination displayed or you receive a message saying ‘unable to deliver to this location’, then please contact us and we will be able to check if we are able to deliver to you and inform you of the cost, etc.

Shipping to the following locations may incur an additional charge, also delivery time may be longer than usual.

The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.

Northern Ireland - postcode BT

Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes IM, TR21-25.

Over Weight goods

Dependent on destination, we will contact you if there is a problem sending goods, where there is a weight limit for your country.

Any combination of goods that is 30kg or heavier cannot be dispatched. We will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements and cost.

Shipping Info

Shipping costs are calculated on a weight basis. In this way we only pass on the actual cost of packing and postage to you, the customer. Each product has a weight value - which can be found in the product pages. The total weight of all the goods in your order is then used to calculate the cost of shipping.

Lamberts Health Products do not show a weight, but a handling cost is added on to the order. 

In order to see the shipping cost, you will need to proceed through the checkout process, and the information will be available to you before being asked to provide your payment details; you are fully empowered to make an informed decision.

Import Taxes

To avoid any subsequent misunderstandings, please note when ordering goods from Gifts From The Gods for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Your national Customs authorities may charge you Customs Duty and/or other additional related taxes (for example a Value Added Tax or a Purchase Tax).

YOU, as the importer, are responsible for paying any such taxes. We have no control over what taxes you may be charged by your own national tax authorities. We are not responsible for compensating you for payment of any such taxes.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, if you do not know how much (if any) import tax you might have to pay, you should contact your local tax authorities or customs office for further information BEFORE entering into a contract to purchase.

Please note that when ordering from Gifts From The Gods, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

On any Customs forms, we declare the full purchase price as the value of the goods. We do not under declare values, or mark goods as a "gift".

Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, delivery and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. This notice is incorporated into our Conditions of Sale.

Delivery

All goods will be delivered by courier and will need to be signed for upon delivery.

Most orders are shipped within 3 business days (Monday to Friday not including bank holidays) from the day that your order was received subject to payment clearing. Once the order is shipped it will arrive at the shipping address within 1 to 9 days depending on country destination. Should there be any delay in shipping your order, we will contact you.

When your order is dispatched you will be sent a means of tracking where one is available for your consignment.

We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to products supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes.)

If shipping to an alternative address it is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address details are correct. Gifts From The Gods takes no responsibility if the address is incorrect and the item is collected by someone other than the intended recipient.

Undeliverable Packages

When a postal carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (excluding delivery charges).

We are unable to re-send packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase those items, you're welcome to place a new order on our website.

If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refundafter fourweeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us at gifts.gods24@gmail.com

Why was my package undeliverable?

Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:

Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.

Other Address Problems. If the order is being dispatched to a prison, there may be delivery restrictions associated with the items or carriers. These restrictions are determined by each institution and may vary.

Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than 150 GBP of items will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally at the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.

In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the delivery process.

Lost

If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after four weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us at gifts.gods24@gmail.com

Restricted Products

If you have purchased an age restricted product then your item will take slightly longer to ship due to the fact that we have to do an ID check, full details of this check can be found in the Legal Information

Some of our items are restricted by local customs and excise and cannot be shipped to certain areas, if we know that any of our items cannot be shipped to a certain area we will state it on the product description. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that the item(s) bought can be shipped to your local area, Gifts From The Gods is not responsible for any item(s) unable to be delivered due to local importation laws.
